Melbourne University’s Faculty of Engineering & IT marketing communications team works to engage and nurture B2C (undergraduate and graduate students) and B2B (industry and government professionals) audiences across multiple areas including transport, infrastructure, AI and defence.
In order to increase the volume, frequency and effectiveness of its email marketing communications to these audiences, the Faculty engaged Content Empire to devise a comprehensive eDM strategy and roadmap. Falling out of this work was the creation of an audience-focused series of eDM journey maps, and the creation of all associated journey content.
