Objective

Victoria’s Road Safety Partnership brings together five government agencies to coordinate and implement road safety initiatives across the State:

  • Department of Transport and Planning
  • Traffic Accident Commission
  • Victoria Police
  • Department of Justice & Community Safety
  • Department of Health

With a strategic requirement to define and unify key road safety messaging across the Road Safety Partnership, the cross-agency team needed a centralised approach to communications. Key deliverables included a readily accessible “go-to guide” to inform their communication materials, and ‘self-paced’ educational tools for new comms staff.

The Department of Transport and Planning engaged Content Empire to lead a six-month project to elicit a clear set of requirements and produce a range of tools and resource materials to ensure consistent road safety messaging across the various agencies.
