Objective
Responsible for educating primary and secondary students in one of Australia’s most multicultural states, Victoria’s Department of Education prioritises intercultural knowledge, skills and understanding in its schools.
To ensure teachers are properly equipped to teach the Victorian curriculum’s intercultural capability, the department established the Intercultural Champions (IC) Pilot Project.
Content Empire was selected through a competitive process to promote the program and its impact to internal and external audiences.
Working closely with the Department’s International Education Division, Content Empire produced targeted and impactful written and video content documenting the experience of teachers on the program and how it enabled them to better equip their students for living and working in a diverse and interconnected world.
Outcome
Showcasing the impact of Victoria's intercultural education champions
Through the creation of powerful video and written content, Content Empire helped share the story of the Intercultural Champions Pilot Program, including its impact on teachers and their ability to deliver the Victorian Curriculum’s Intercultural Capability.
Our content was used by the Department of Education to promote the Intercultural Champions Pilot Project to internal stakeholders and external audiences, and to inform decision-making and planning around future iterations of the highly successful pilot.
