Objective

Delivering for Victoria is the State Government’s approach to engaging with local communities about the projects and programs in their areas.

To produce and distribute content following the launch of its brand and website, Delivering for Victoria required a content strategy squarely aimed at its priority Victorian audiences.

Working closely with the Department of Jobs, Regions and Precincts, Content Empire planned and delivered a Discovery Workshop with key stakeholders.

Our content strategy and calendar provided a clear roadmap for Delivering for Victoria’s launch and for content ideation, creation and publication post-launch.
