Objective

AITPM is the peak industry body for the Australian transport, traffic and modelling industry. A significant focus in 2023 was to uplift their marketing and communications function, with the goal of increasing meaningful membership and audience engagement, across three key streams of work:

  1. 2023 National Conference – their flagship industry event.
  2. Positioning of proposed changes to governance structure.
  3. Celebrating the achievements of AITPM and their members with a new digital and print publication: The Year in Review.

Content Empire was delighted to bring creative and considered communications thinking to all three streams. We worked closely with AITPM’s CEO, board members and committee to deliver a diverse series of expertly produced, cohesively branded and powerfully communicated outputs.

Content Empire’s pre-conference comms engagement plan helped AITPM achieve record (sold out!) conference attendance numbers – a tangible ‘bottom line’ impact!

Visits to the AITPM LinkedIn page during the conference increased by an unprecedented 1576% and helped them gain 1000 new followers, an uptick of 25% over 9 months. The 2023 Year in Review and governance paper have provided meaningful opportunities to celebrate and progress strategic agendas and enhance AITPM’s industry profile.
